These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of culinarydiploma.com (the "Site") and the educational consultancy services offered by MUZDOLABI YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("CulinaryDiploma", "we", "us"), a company registered in Istanbul, Turkey.
By using this Site or submitting an enquiry or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CulinaryDiploma is an independent educational consultancy agency. We are not affiliated with, employed by, or a representative of Le Cordon Bleu International or Özyeğin University. We operate under a commission agreement with Özyeğin University for the referral of international students.
Our services include:
Package 1 — Admission ($300 USD): Covers motivation letter writing, document preparation and submission, and consultant support throughout the application process.
Package 2 — Full Support ($900 USD): Covers all services in Package 1, plus medical insurance arrangement, ikamet (residence permit) assistance, airport pickup, campus tour, document translation, final registration assistance, and dormitory registration assistance.
Service fees are paid directly to CulinaryDiploma and are separate from university tuition fees. Package fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced (i.e. once we begin preparing your documents or submitting your application).
University tuition fees, pre-registration deposits, dormitory costs, and all fees payable directly to Özyeğin University are governed by the university's own terms and conditions.
CulinaryDiploma provides consultancy services to support your application. We cannot and do not guarantee admission to Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul or Özyeğin University. Admission decisions are made solely by the university's Admissions Committee. If your application is rejected, our service fee will be refunded in full.
We make every effort to ensure that the programme information, tuition fees, and admission requirements published on this Site are accurate and current. However, all programme details, fees, and policies are ultimately set by Özyeğin University and are subject to change without notice. We recommend confirming all details with the university directly before making financial commitments.

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and forfeiture of any fees paid. CulinaryDiploma accepts no liability for consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
All content on this Site — including text, design, layout, and code — is the property of CulinaryDiploma or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written consent. Programme names including "Le Cordon Bleu" and "Grand Diplôme" are trademarks of Le Cordon Bleu International and are used for descriptive purposes only.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CulinaryDiploma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the service fee paid by you to CulinaryDiploma.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
